On September 5, 2018 Nike released the Colin Kaepernick campaign which led to thousands of people boycotting Nike apparel and going further as to burn what they have already. Colin Kaepernick first took a knee during the National Anthem was before the final preseason game September 1, 2016. His reasoning was that he was protesting police brutality and racial inequality in the United States. "I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color" Kaepernick explaining his reasoning on why to not stand for the anthem. Since he first kneeled hundreds of others have “stood up” and took a knee during the anthem. It has gained national attention even from the president Donald J. Trump who said that all players taking a knee should be fired as they show no respect for their nation. 200 players took a knee to protest Trump's words. #YouAintNoMuslimBruv By: Connor Mallen On December 4th, in the Leytonstone Station of the London Underground, a video was recorded of a crazed man attempting to stab bystanders while yelling  Allahu Akbar . As the man was being arrested by police, a bystander yells "You ain't no Muslim, Bruv," in reference to the man's violent actions  The bystander says the phrase twice again in the video. After the British newspaper The Daily Mail published the story and video, thousands began tweeting the phrase as a rally for their protests against Muslim terrorists. On December 5th, the day after the attack, the hashtag had been used more than 56,000 times, and by three days after the attack, the use had more than doubled. In addition to trending on Facebook, the hashtag's popularity was reciprocated by the BBC, the Australian ABC, and the Independent. Are you aware how many animals die per year due to animal testing , well I'm about to show you I'm Rose Mckeen  and I am cruelty free.For my social media hashtag I chose hashtag #crueltyfree this is a hashtag that makeup artists use when they use all cruelty free products.  this hashtag has actually helped a lot Europe is now cruelty free and they will not let you sell your Cosmetics unless your brand is cruelty free. This  hashtag was made when everyone started realizing how bad we were treating these animals and some people wanted to raise awareness about it. This hashtag is still going on to this day because animal testing is not banned in the United States. It was created in the US because people realized how big of a problem this was animals die every day due to animal testing and the company's just don't want to change it because it's cheaper to animal test. #WomensMarch      On January 21st, 2017, hundreds of thousands of women rallied in Washington to protest Trump. However, this movement occurred worldwide. Tens of thousands of people in Canada participated and over a hundred thousand people in the UK participated, making it the major contributor outside the US. Many European countries also participated such as France, Spain, Germany, and Italy. This movement was started because the participants believed that Donald Trump was helping continue issues such as Women's rights, LGBT rights, and gender equality. They think that Trump is misogynistic and discriminates against these minorities and with to stop him. These issues occur all over the world and movements such as this show the global community that you can stand up for what you believe in and make a change. Countries that lack gender equality include countries such as Yemen, Pakistan, Syria, and many more where women are treated as inferior to men.      This movement could
